How long do my brownies and cookies keep for?
Our brownies and cookies are individually heat sealed in biodegradable wrapping and will stay fresh for around 5-7 days, however please refer to the best before date provided in your box when your treats arrive.
When your treats arrive and have been opened, they are best stored in an air tight container to keep them as fresh as possible, then when you're ready to enjoy them, simply eat straight from the box.
You can even warm them up in the microwave and eat them with some ice cream for an even more decadent treat!
How many servings does each box provide?
Each brownie and cookie box comes with 6 brownies or 6 cookies, the perfect amount for you to enjoy with your friends and family, send as a delicious gift, or simply enjoy for yourself! If you want to share or only want a smaller treat, each brownie or cookie square can be easily chopped up into 4, giving you 24 brownie or cookie bites to enjoy.
Each brownie or cookie slab can be chopped into anything from 9 large pieces to 24 bitesized pieces.
Do you cater for larger parties or events?
Yes we do! If you wish to order a larger quantity of brownies or cookies for an event or party, please submit your enquiry on our contact page and we will provide you with a free no obligation quote.
What allergens are present in your brownies and cookies?
All our brownies and cookies contain wheat, eggs, milk and soya. Some flavours also contain peanuts and hazelnuts, however please visit each product page on our site for a full list of ingredients and allergens. This information will also be present on your brownies and cookies when you receive them, should you be sending them directly to your recipient as a gift.
Our brownies and cookies are not suitable for people with nut allergies as all of our products are baked in the same bakery where nuts, including peanuts, are handled.
When will my order be delivered?
We send all orders on Wednesday via next day courier which should be delivered to you the next working day and we delivery locally on Saturday.
You will receive a tracking number and delivery information via email so you know when your order has been sent and you can see and estimated 2 hour time slot for when your treats are due to arrive.
We recommend that you are home to collect your parcel on the date and time indicated by our courier, just in case they require you to take delivery for them by hand.
Can I freeze my brownies or cookies?
We do not recommend freezing our brownies or cookies and advise that once you've received and opened your treats, you store them in an airtight container as soon as possible after delivery if you wish to preserve the freshness for longer.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver all over the UK however do not deliver overseas.
Can I collect my brownies or cookies?
Our bakery is primarily an internet only bakery without a physical store so unfortunately do not offer a collection service.
Can I "mix and match" or swap out brownies and cookies?
At present we do not offer a "mix and match", or custom brownie or cookie box online due to our current volume of orders, however our treat and gift boxes offer a nice variety of flavours if you cannot choose which flavours you want!
