HOW AND WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?
Cakes, Cupcakes, and Cake Jars
Due to the fragile nature of my cake based products, we only offer a hand delivery service for these products. Hand delivery is available every Saturday between 10am and 2pm, and can be made to certain RG postcodes for a small free of £2 – or you can use our collection service to pick up your cakes instead.
Iced biscuits, Cookies, Giant Cookes, Brownies, Blondies and Treat Boxes
As these products are generally more robust, we offer UK postage of these via Royal Mail and sent 1st class for an additional charge of £3.55 to cover postage and packaging.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Postal Orders: All postal deliveries are sent out via Royal Mail 1st Class and you will be notified upon dispatch (usually 2-3 working days after ordering if you haven't specified a preferred delivery date). You should receive your order 1-2 days from dispatch.
Local hand deliveries: All local hand deliveries are done on a Saturday between 10-2pm.
Custom Delivery Dates: If you’ve requested a specific date for delivery of your order, we will do our best to deliver on or before this date depending on availability. We recommend getting in touch to check our availability before placing an order for a specific date.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER FROM YOU?
Of course! Just let us know what date you want to collect your order on, and select the collection option at checkout. We will then arrange a suitable time on your chosen date to come and pick up your goodies.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I HAVE TO ORDER?
If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend the following notice periods if possible:
For custom birthday party orders, or other large orders, we recommend giving as much notice as possible and ideally a minimum of 28 days if possible. This will ensure we am able to accommodate your date and requirements as best possible.
For fancy cake orders, a minimum of 14 days notice is ideal however we may be able to fulfil orders sooner and advise dropping me a message if you need your cake sooner than 14 days.
For all other orders, a minimum of 3-7 working days notice is recommended.
We will always try and accommodate last minute orders wherever we can (we all know things can change at the drop of a hat!) – if you have a cake emergency please send me a message and I’ll do my best to help!
DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN FREE, DAIRY FREE, EGG FREE OR VEGAN TREATS?
At present, we do not offer gluten, egg or dairy free versions of any of our products. Find out more in our dietary and allergen information.
HOW DO I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?
We understand that things can change with your arrangements and that cancellations or amendments can occur and ideally ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
We will be as accommodating as we can if you need to change or postpone your order, but please be aware that we may have had to turn down other customers to fulfil your booking on your chosen date so refunds/amendments may not be possible.
